To ensure that our clients continue living as independently as possible, we work closely with them to ensure that all of their needs are met and that they continue pursuing the activities and lifestyle that brings them joy. All of our clients receive a complimentary in-home assessment that enables us to develop a care plan that is unique to them and specific to their needs and budget.

Discover Home Care offers a range of services to meet your needs including: short-term respite care, long-term care, 24 hour care and live-in care. Caregivers are available 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Welcome Home Service

Are you recovering from an injury or illness or anticipating surgery or oncology treatment? Our Welcome Home service will assist you with transportation to and/or from the hospital, day-surgery or doctor visit and includes assistance for you at home. Let us worry about the little things so you can focus on getting better. Our Welcome Home service includes: 6 hours of personal care and attention, transportation to and from home, assistance with any personal needs, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and companionship.
