Welcome Home Service

Are you recovering from an injury or illness or anticipating surgery or oncology treatment? Our Welcome Home service will assist you with transportations home to and/or from the hospital, day-surgery or doctor visit and includes assistance for you at home. Let us worry about the little things so you can focus on getting better. Our Welcome Home service includes: 6 hours of personal care and attention, transportation to and from home, assistance with any personal needs, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and companionship.
