About The Founder Discover Home Care founder Grace Yancey, RN, is a graduate from Southside Regional Nursing School in Petersburg, VA. For over 10 years Grace has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of her clients and their families throughout her community. She brings a thoughtful and caring approach to her work and considers herself fortunate to be supported by a team of caregivers and staff who share her passion for helping others.
